Out of boredom waiting for the next season to start, I started farming Whimseyshire. At one point, I saw this non-rare item on the ground, and wondered why my Pet didn’t pick it up. I grabbed it and saw it was the scroll for the Whimseyshire portrait frame!
I understand it may be the second most rare item in Diablo 3. Anyone know the most rare?

The rarest is probably Wirt’s Original Leg, the second rarest should be Cosmic Wings.
I don’t think the portrait is that rare, considering you can farm it very consistently with a Staff of Herding.

It took me 7 years to get that frame while farming it a little. The cosmic wings look stupid, so I don’t even look for them.
