WTB public without DH

… or nerf their speed buff in public multiplayer. It’s not like WW or Tempest Rush or MS DH ever was. It’s so broken. I want to play with different classes and specs at equal speed and enjoy the game and not to waste my time falling behind DH.

Ive never seen a dh faster than my monk. But maybe ive just found alot of trash dhs in public games?
Is this something new this season?

Going to guess that DH in pub for speeds is likely using GoD and not Marauder (push) hence not needing to mess with pet shard and can opt to go Anguish shard which will increase their movement speed and CDR.

GoD at base is already the fastest build movement speed wise, but you could also add Fragment of Destruction to make it pretty absurd which monks would likely never use anything else but Diablo shard in helm.

This would make GoD DH annoyingly fast in which case they’d probably be more efficient just going solo

It has been that way for many seasons. You take the fastest, least skilled build and run it at ADHD speeds on content that’s absolutely trivial and you do that on repeat over and over and over. This game play is rewarded by Blizzard. They give you the maximum rewards for doing this: you get more exp and more loot speed farming. So, your WW barbs, TR monks, and GOD DHs basically own the vast majority of the runs being done.

If you’re running a build that clears T16 in 3 minutes, it’s too slow. You’re literally just walking behind the right-click-and-hold builds picking up loot and leeching. Again, this isn’t new. It has been that way for many seasons. Blizzard has no intention of fixing it, nor would they ever nerf any of those 3 builds.

That’s Diablo 3. That’s what the incentives are within the game and how the game is played. You consider other builds if and only if you’re interested in pushing higher GRs that would require you to go slower.

I hope to all that is holy that the D4 devs are looking at this and recognizing this is a problem. Speed/mobility is supposed to be a trade-off for lowered power or vastly lowered survivability/glass cannons. Tankier builds with heavy hitting power and more staying power should have less mobility. That’s the normal trade-off. In D3, that trade-off doesn’t exist because the T16 content is trivial, so there’s no penalty - only incentive to add speed. That’s poor design and needs to be corrected in D4.

What about the infinite dmg bug spreading on the asian servers?

So your saying if your class isnt the best , NERF THEM. lol

If your monk or a wiz cant beat a DH in say ACT 3 with the barracks where you can port through any place without doors, theres an issue with said players, not DHs.

Only reason this season is faster is anguish, which when season ends youll be back on top monk, so calm down.

i looked at your monk. instead of using the Inna’s Daibo, you should use In-geom and the Crystal Fist for public/farming builds. Also, replace the Bane of the Stricken with a Gogok of Swiftness. With In-Geom and the Gogok, you should be able to have your dash off cooldown more frequently and then you should be able to exceed GoD DH since you can bypass walls and other terrain that the DH can’t. Also, you could replace the weapon in the cube with a Flying Dragon to get your Gogok stacks up fast.

::Looks in the cube and notices no RoRG::

Yeah that’s a great idea…remove the 6th piece and use in-geom and crystal fist not in-geom and echoing fury…but forget about the 6 piece bonus

It’s a display error on profile webpage.

Or your seasonal monk have no RoRG too

Apparently an exploit, OP if your DH’s are clearing the entire screen instantly you should probably report them.

Probably harder to tell in lower GR / bounty / rifts though, super apparent in higher GR’s.

I have 2 monks. Second is for speed bounty farm. Probably fastest Tempest Rush build. Inna is for solo GR push and public since I’m tired big time of Tempest Rush.

Nothing is faster than a classic chicken build.

DH is just more convenient I suppose.

I hope they keep all of this flying across the screen in 3 clicks out of D4.

Play with clan only it’s more fun

Say what monks are fast as hell, use your infinite teleport of free dashing strikes all day just look up the build-- quit crying.I mean seriously the vengeful wind weapon gives you 7 stacks of sweeping wind boost and each stack of sweeping wind is 5 percent more movement speed in justice set, wreath of lightning 15 percent, boon of hoarder 15 percent.
