Wormwood Proc considered Mana spender? Or do i need to equip locusts?

Is the cubed proc of wormwood considered a mana spender?

Or do i need to put locusts on my skill bar? Its for Zuni Build

No. It doesn’t spend mana, and you don’t need to equip Locust Swarm skill.

It periodically cast LS, you’ll see a green ring on/off around you.

As the previous answer said, its not. However if you put it on your skill bar with a specific rune, wormwood will cast it with that rune - so you don’t need to cast it manually. If you want to proc something like zunimassa 6p, then yeah, you need to put and cast it (so drop wormwood).
