How is winter flurry with 150% in blizzard a better choice than etched sigil with same 150% buff but automatic casting?
Tested both and winter flurry isn’t worth the hustle.
Now you need to use it as cold damage really sad and also you need to proc the blizard on a small portion of the damage sad really low uselles build, damage really low.
I tested both and if i keep the old Etched Sigil i clear faster. Both are 150% dps increase with the added bonus i can use Black Hole for extra DPS.
The set could use a slight buff too no doubt.
