Can sacred harvester bonus become baseline for witch doctor in future ? literally every build requires it because lakumba’s and int…same situation as wizards etched sigil etc

Most class have ALT skills (Ephipany, WotB, Vengeance, AC) permanent on their skill bars. Wiz can opt in/out of Archon, but WD and Necro does not have Alts.
WD’s approximation to an ALT would be Soul Harvest: boosts DMG (more INT), boosts defense (+Armor/resistance), but no CC immunity unfortunately… So it is mandatory to have it.
