When I have Spiritual Attunement and Blood Ritual equipped at same time I do very little damage I was farming T12 and went to T6 to help a friend and was having a hard time killing mobs so I did some trouble shooting and found that when both are equipped I do like 10% damage if only one is equipped it is fine. I am playing on the PS4.
