Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a search but couldn’t find anything.
I’ve recently completed the Alter of Rites in the latest season to get the double primals etc, and according to Icy Veins, there is also something called Wings of Power for the final reward.
Are these equipable wings? Can’t see anything to point to what or where they are.
Any wings, or other cosmetics are part of the Season Journey, not the Altar.
Click on the green leaf icon (upper right corner, left of the clock) and it will tell you where you are in the journey.

Incorrect, in S28 when the Altar was introduced in its original form unlocking the seal for double primals also unlocked Wings of Terror cosmetic. Unfortunately this has been S28 exclusive, since its reintroduction the Altar has not (to my knowledge) provided those wings.
Ah, looks like the icy Veins page may not have been updated - that’s a bummer, but never mind! Thank you for your replies both

If you already have the Wings of Terror they will already be in your Collection.
According to the Season 28: Rites of Sanctuary, Patch Notes:
Uncover an Ancient Legend—Unlock All Seals
After you’ve conquered the armies of Hell and acquired the needed materials to unlock all 26 Seals and three Potions, you’ll receive a reward truly fitting of an unstoppable force—the Wings of Terror Cosmetic, Seal AD. We recommend you unlock all Seals and Potions within the Altar of Rites, not only to inspire terror within your foes, but also to piece together the fragments of Sanctuary’s past.
It does not say it’s specific to Season 28. But, only those who haven’t already earned the Wings will be able to test this by completing the Altar. Don’t forget to select the Final Seal (Seal AD) and click the UNLOCK button.
Have you looked in your Collection/Wings?
Fairly certain.
For comparison, whenever you unlock some cosmetic (like wings) through the season journey, you always get the pop up notification, even if you had that cosmetic unlocked in a previous season. That no longer happens with the last seal of the Altar, it did in S28 but not in S30 onward.
But I’d also suggest the OP to check his wings collection because I’m not 100% certain. Even in S28 when I unlocked the wings I had to restart the client to get them to show up in the collection.
I don’t have the wings on the Asia region. I’ll play a bit and finish the altar and see what happens. I’m starting a first character there, so it may take a bit.

I’m afraid I don’t know how to paste a picture on here, and despite being a mechanism to include a link in my post, this forum is not allowing me to include a link for some reason, but I’m sure most people are familiar with Icy Veins If you look at the diagram of the Altar it says Wings of Terror at the bottom of it.
When I posted the thread I could have sworn they were called Wings of Power! I have no idea how I could have confused Power with Terror, but my bad!

I didn’t do S28, I only picked up D3 again recently after a break for a couple of years so missed the inital season. However, thank you so much for saying you saw them after restarting your client. I did so today and after checking saw I had new wings! They are not the ones I was expecting as they are fiery rather then the white ones on the diagram, but either way it looks like all I had to do was restart my client.

Ok, I finished the alter including unlocking the final “Warning” seal.
I did get the wings of Terror, so it’s still possible to obtain them.
One side note though, it took a few mins for them to appear (and I logged out and back in a couple times, if that did anything).
Do not forget: there was a bug with these wings from finishing the Altar.
Once you complete the Altar, be sure to exit the game, and login again. It doesn’t show up in cosmetics when you unlock it until you relog.
