Played on PTR and the sound bug that we have struggled with since last year is still present. Hopefully this bug is being addressed.

You should write about this in the bug report section of the forum.
See original post, seems no one at blizzard has acknowledged this bug or that a fix is coming, so worth getting it somewhere a dev might read, you never know! Its still PTR feedback as the latest version also includes said bug.
