Windforce Ethereal Bug?

As the title states, I’m curious if the Windforce Ethereal is bugged. Compared to the other Ethereal 2h bows, the damage is much lower. I noticed instead of having a damage range like the Buriza ethereal, it simply has the +damage modifier and no damage range.

For example

Buriza Ethereal
645-835 cold damage
+92% Damage
For a weapon dps of 3,890.9

Windforce Ethereal
No damage range
+91% Damage
For a weapon dps of 3,481.2

All of the windforces I have found have rolled like this… Is it a bug, or intended?

Windforce is a Bow. Buriza is a 2-hand Crossbow. They have different damage ranges for different reasons.

One hits really hard but slow, and is better for large damage skills that use more resource.

The other has RCR, hits faster, and does less damage.

All Bows/Xbows/HandXbows as well as 1 hand and 2 hand weapons follow this pattern. Use that one that best suits your build.
