Why I can not post fan art illustration on community creation part??
It is because most of the forums are restricted to players who actually bought the PC version.
It is not a discrimination to console players. I think Blizzard can’t verify your license because it is kept by console manufacturers.
If you are console player, you can only post on the two console forums, support forums, and here.
