Why give monks a set that doesn't have a set dungeon?

Pretty BS to give us a set that doesn’t have a set dungeon, then making set dungeon challenges for the season journey.

Every class has a set that doesn’t have a set dungeon. Every set this season is without set dungeon. It is intended.

With the way that loot falls from the sky, it should be fairly easy to get pieces from one of the sets to complete a set dungeon.
