How to cancel d2r pre order

this game diablo 2 makes me sick i just tried the old one apparently that game is unplayable because u run out of mana every 2 casts and guess what there is no resource regeneration and u have to press 4 keys to potion thats messed up if d2r is anything based off old d2 and also that same crappy stash system that game can go fail and i want an cancellation on that pre order
