always awful time for reset, only care of US, why not for once make a reset at 10 am or 12 pm pt?

Even rolling restarts per region wouldn’t be a horrible idea so everyone has a chance to start at the peak hours.
This game is 20 years old, Blizzard isn’t going to put that much staff/resources/time into this game. Especially with D2R on the horizon.
