They are on a completely different server set so there season first has no bearing on NA realms. Also, they are several hours ahead and all that Jazz

I guess the OP has never heard of this thing called time zones.
To put things in perspective, if the seasons started on all regions at the same time and the US region would determine the start time, the season would start at 3.00 AM on the Saturday morning on my time zone (EET). Not cool.

wow, yall are haters, all i wanted was the game to launch Friday at midnight not have to wait 1/2 the day to play the game. I thought when they said it was going live friday I would be able to play the game friday morning.
