On speeds where I don’t need the DR as much I’ve had good luck with seethe instead of dark heart as the vengeance rune keeping hatred up even without the density for the auto shot generators to hit something.
I also have strafe on RMB and HA on LMB.
I find it much easier with arrow on a key instead. With LMB you need to mouse over a mob or hold standstill to fire.
