I would imagine this has been reported, but just to make sure it has a better chance of being addressed…I’ll report it as well.
The whirlwind pull power stops working whenever the user of the power levels up, uses a potion, or has their follower (enchantress) cheat death procced.
This makes the whirlwind pulling power very frustrating to use, especially when you are low paragon, since you will be leveling up very frequently.
I would say that it is also extremely difficult to use this power any time a waller affix is encountered. I believe the power should also break down walls, but I know that is highly unlikely and just wishful thinking.
