Whimyshire/Dale question

In the Whimsy’s, i’ve read that 2 uniques spawn, one being either “Evil Oliver” or “Super Awesome Sparkle Cake”, but in multiple runs, i’ve only gotten 1 unique… did this get changed or can the 2nd spawn as well?

Both can spawn in the same instance. But, Sir William is extremely rare. So, most of the time, you will only see Evil Oliver.

I don’t think Super Awesome Sparkle Cake drops anything special. So, I’ve never paid that one much attention.

Sir William will drop the Rainbow Portrait Frame, if you don’t already have it.

So i should always be checking for a 2nd elite as well. Edit: Super Awesome Sparkle Cake can drop Spectrum.

From what I’ve read on the internet, all three can spawn in the same instance.

And, if I’m not mistaken, the Spectrum Sword and the Horadric Hamburger can drop from anything. Even breakable objects.

I was just trying to see if only running part of the zone would be worth or not.

As far as Whimsyshire goes, there’s no reason to run that unless you don’t have the Portrait Frame. The Sword and Dagger will also drop in Whimsydale.

As far as Whimsydale goes, you ALWAYS want to run that one. If you collect Wings and don’t have the Cosmic Wings you’ll want to hunt Princess Lilian. If you need the 2 Weapon Transmogs you’ll have a chance to find them too.

Even if you have the Portrait Frame from Whimsyshire, the Cosmic Wings from Whimsydale and both Weapon Transmogs, it’s worth running Whimsydale for the tons of loot, which includes…   well, just about EVERYTHING.

Yeah, I don’t have portrait or wings, unfortunately. So i’m trying to farm the Staff of Herding before I get rid of it on Monday when i finish my Altar

The Horadric Hamburger and Spectrum can drop in either the Whimsy that is accessed with the staff of herding or the rainbow goblin portal.

The cosmic wings and rainbow portrait can ONLY drop in Whimsydale that you can only access after killing a rainbow goblin. You cannot find them in Whimsyshire (the staff of herding version).

Nope. The portrait frame drops only in Whimsy from the staff.
