I really enjoyed the trial but once it came down to purchasing the full game Idk which one to get.

There is the base game, the Reaper of Souls expansion, and the Rise of the Necromancer DLC.
The Battlechest version contains the base game and the expansion. The one thing missing is the ability to play the Necromancer class.
The Eternal Collection has the base game, the expansion, and the DLC allowing you to play the Necromancer class.
At minimum, but the battle chest so you get ROS. You need it to level to 70, get deaths breaths, and have access to the modes that everyone else is playing on.
The necromancer pack is completely optional, but it will give you the extra class and extra stash space.

It will also get you 2 extra Character Slots, which can be helpful if you play different Classes on Normal, Hardcore and Seasons. 
The Digital Deluxe version of Reaper of Souls will also get you 3 more Character Slots for a total of 17.
I donβt know if the Eternal Collection comes with an option to purchase the Digital Deluxe version or if you have to upgrade it later.
