Where's the Altar?

The alt was suppose to be in NS, And its been confirmed on twitter. Which imo it should of been in the ptr which there were patch notes as they said a few times its in the base game

I could not find the altar which should have been available in all modes! Where is the altar??

It was mentioned the altar of rites will carry over to non season.

I am having doubts as to whether the Altar will actually be coming to Non Season.
First, obviously, is that it is not in the NS PTR.
Second is that Mirror Seal states that Pools last until the end of Season.
How would this work in Non Season?
Would the Pools last forever? Would NS Altar be reset after every Season?
Hmmm.
I know that they said All Modes. Could this just refer to SC, HC, and SSF in Season?
Same for Visions.
People have been gathering items in anticipation of Altar coming to NS.
This may be a monumental waste of time and effort.

Well, if this is indeed the case… I’ve been looking for a reason to go back to play Wolcen (they had some major updates). And I won’t be buying D4, NS players always get left in the gutter.

I will play the Season anyway, though I may not go for Guardian this time if there is no new Cosmetic that I don’t have.
I won’t waste my time looking for SoH components in NS.

They can reset it every season.

That’s not even an answer to an “or” question.

Now you can decide between clueless community manager and clueless patch note writer.
I’m with “what you see (on ptr) is what you get” but we will just have to wait and see what was implemented. I doubt anybody is making actual decisions here seeing how randomly they “balanced”.
