Petrified Screams have a 5% chance to drop from Greater Rift Guardians.
The best practice is to run the highest greater rifts that you can run quickly, that way you also maximize your experience gain, maximize the level you can rank your legendary gems as well as increasing the number of legendary/set drops.

GR is the only place there you can get the screams. So you need the build can do 90 ASAP. Other option is communities. Very often ppl make party to the completeing of EN
