Seasonal quest. I just completed all the bounties for all 5 areas and didn’t come across her

Search cammera queen araneae
Talk to the trapped woman spiderwer
Linste and wait…
.
Keep resetting your game until you get the Araneae bounty. The area is an annoying maze with lots of back and forth, so try to get the bounty that at least points the way somewhat with the big yellow arrow.

No need to do it as a bounty. Go to the caves in the bottom of the map of Act I - Caverns of Araneae (you’ll see an icon showing which one contains Aranea). Just like all bosses, the zones they are in have an icon next to their location - Skeleton King, the Butcher, Diablo, Maltheal, etc… Mouse over the icon, you’ll see. She’s in there, just look around till you find her lair.

It’s not that complicated.
When you enter the first room, the path to the main room is either to the north or south.
Once you follow that path, the rest of the map is laid out in a square of four larger tiles. It’s always on the outer edge of one of those four larger tiles. The north/south edges always lead either back to the starting area, to another tile in the square grid, or a dead-end.
So there’s literally 4 spots on the map you have to check. That’s it.
Kinda like this (letters are big tiles, numbers are potential spots to check for path to Queen Areneae)

You just need to orient yourself on that square (easy to do based on which direction you enter from) then check 4 spots.
EDIT: Then once you are on the long path to Areneae, the door to her is always to the north from that path.
