What time do the servers go up today?

They are up now.

However, the ability to enter PTR has not been enabled, yet.

Very different things.

Today? Who knows?

The PTR is usually deployed sometime between 12:00 PM PT and 8:00 PM PT. On the average, it should start between 2:00 PM PST and 5:00 PM PST.

Or, in other words, it will start today around sometime today.

Let the start time speculation begin. I will go with It starts when they tell us.

I believe PTR will start 8 pm EST like the last time
