Did they, or did you, really mean a Fires of Heaven build?
Although I didn’t vote at that time, I actually want a Heaven’s Fury build but not Fires of Heaven. They’re totally two different skills. Heaven’s Fury (other runes) is relaxing while the Fires of Heaven builds seem too intense.

Yes, the Ivory Tower version sucks. Heaven’s fury spam didn’t really work before this patch and I haven’t collected a whole set to try it yet, but it looks like a skillful version of Multishoot because you need to cast FoH in a more thoughtful way instead of once per ~4 seconds.
My 1150+ likes within 50 days of joining say otherwise. But hey, don’t feel too bad. Not everyone is cut out to have a personality.
I collected the set and the synergistic legendaries last night in about an hour. The build is a lot of fun with spectacular effects going off everywhere! I love that there are a lot of items to play around with with this set.
