There is an announced maintenance on the launcher for tomorrow. While it may drop today (Tuesdays are usually patch days) I suspect it might drop tomorrow.
Should drop today:
Season 23 will begin on April 2, at 5PM (PDT/CEST/KST) shortly after our next Diablo III update. Read on to learn more about the Follower system revamp, leaderboard changes, and Legendary item changes coming in Patch 2.7.0. We are expecting this update to be released on March 30.
Even the blog isn’t definite. They are expecting to release it today, that doesn’t mean they will. And there is a schedule maintenance for tomorrow as well.
Yeah, but the scheduled maintenance on EU is for 20:00-22:00 CEST today. Patching is done at the same time for all three regions so, as the maintenances are at different times, perhaps they’re unconnected.
Patches normally go live sometime in the afternoon Pacific Time. Should be today (US time) though. If it is pushed they will let us know.

Hey, I’m playing in the Americas and using the Americas website. If people in another country can’t figure that out, that’s on them.

Of course if you live in other parts of the world, tomorrow is already here. Not like I was ignoring that point. lol
I also play occasionally on the EU realm. I remember logging into it on Sunday morning and the season was already over and was like. “Oh yeah.”

Funny how that works. 
Not like I contradicted your information. I just added to it, showing that the patch times and maintenance times aren’t going to be linked.

Given the “theme” is permanent, presumably the season never ends.
