It has already ended in Asia. EU should end at 10:00 AM Pacific and in NA at 5PM Pacific.

As S30 starts on Friday 12th January, this means that the patch to live has to happen on Tuesday 9th January, which means S29 has to end on Sunday 7th January. Season start / end times are always at 17:00 in the time-zone in which the region’s servers are hosted.

PST to CET is 9 hours difference. So EU ends at 8AM Pacific (which will be 5PM CET).
