You can currently have a total of 3 Stash Pages. There are a total of 5 Stash Tabs on each Page, with 3 Tabs on a third Page. The Pages, if more than one, are accessed by clicking on the Chest icons at the top of your Stash Window.
You do not get another Stash Page until the current Page is filled. However, if you have D3 and RoS, you have at least 6 Stash Tabs (2 Stash Pages — 5 Tabs on the first Page and 1 on the second Page).
If you have the Necromancer DLC, you receive an extra 2 Stash Tabs. (5 on the first Page and 3 on the second Page).
