I reforged a Restraint ring on my DH.
Current stats: 650 Dexterity, 7% attack speed, 50% critical hit damage, 1 Socket.
I technically have 2 choices. I can roll off the dex for crit chance and use the attack speed to get me to my 2.14 IAS break point. Or i can keep the dex and reroll the attack speed for crit chance. I just dont know what to keep.
Based on the paragon shown in your profile I think dex on jewelry still has value. Therefore, reroll the attack speed to crit chance.
