Don’t know for sure.
Historically, it has been 5pm Pacific Time.

This Friday, June 11th is the Season Reset.
There will probably be no announcement for the time it starts.
12 noon till 8pm East Coast - New York time
or
9am to 5pm West Coast - Los Angeles time
In the announcement it stated that Blizz “expects” the reset to be Friday, June 11th.
“My wife is expecting to deliver our baby sometime this week”
So anything can happen.
West server needs to be running as well as East, Europe and Asia.
Let’s hope this coordination is not too difficult for Blizzard.
