Others have already asked this, but it could be anywhere from noon to evening Pacific Time.

Yes, please do. After all, whenever the ptr does launch; there’s a significant chance that it’s stability would be rocky (such as lags, long waiting ques) at best due to a good portion of players attempting to log in and create/enter rooms. As such, I wouldn’t consider it worth staying up for, especially if you’re already tired.
When cleaner finished the work and pressed the button, then PTR will launch…

I never understood the obsession with the “when does it start.” It is a two week PTR things will change and the season will run for about three months. Many people will be done with the season in two weeks. Some people act like the PTR start time is the equivalent to the birth of a child.

New things are always exciting to some people. Same as being there right at game launch, or getting up early on Xmas morning. Let people enjoy little things

Also, the PTR generally starts with blank leaderboards so we can sneak high rank clearance screenshots for later bragging rights before all the 10K+ players turn up.

Historically, it seems that seasons, patches, challenge rifts, etc. start at 5:00PM Pacific time.
That’s true for live, but for PTR, it usually goes up mid-afternoon Pacitfic.
Having said that, the 2.6.8 PTR went up around 10:15 PST.
