What Level Paragon are the MaxRoll builds

I think the builds are listed in tiers by maxroll based on their relative performance, meaning how they compare between each other. A-tier is around 5 GR levels weaker than S tier and 5 levels stronger than B - tier

This. I don’t think maxroll lists what GR the builds are expected to clear, only the best as S-tier, and the others how much lower they’ll clear.
