Really , what is wrong with this New Generation of players? Why they cry all for personel loot on the other forum? Maybe its better we stop playing taking each others Hand, singing, friendly gender Songs. This game is way to brutal with its fighting for good items and hard trading where you need to use your brain. Maybe we better get flowers and nice Animal Babys instead of swords as reward! And evrybody is painting hearts on evryone each Level up.

It’s pretty frustrating to read posts about wanting personalized loot when games like Borderlands 3 already exist. Just go play that game instead of trying to ruin a completely different one.

Why don’t you just go play original d2 which doesn’t have customization or any other game?
I would instantly move to the original if they maKe it work on ps5 . It would be great with lobbys ,Chat and the best without the new Generation

Okay I have played it for over 20 years. Now I get to play it on console with my friends. The whole economy is build around the scarcity of items take that away and you ruin the games entire economy. Just so it’s easier for you to get better loot? I’ve played as ranged characters in the original and have no problem snagging good loot from others or even bots.

I hope they make a different Server for the ploot people so they can kill a boss then all get the same uniq hopefully 8 times kiss each other full of love.

Both your comments about people not knowing the game or not d2 payers ext/whatever is bs cause a lot of players that see the benefit of having customization optional have been playing as long or longer than either of you
People play together, and there was never a Problem with .and they never expect getting free items by getting rushed or in XP runs. There is already Personal loot if you farm with friends and solo. But if you are not strong enough or want ro get carried you need share. That doesnt mean you get nothing, exept beeing a total …

I would not play public games if they added personal loot, heck probably wouldn’t play at all. In order to make personal loot work you will have to lower the already abysmal drop rates. Group Baal runs etc were never your main source of loot, solo mfing was. So would you rather have personal loot where everyone gets a bunch of blue and white items because drop rates have to be worse to compensate for 8 people each getting their own separate pile of loot, Then they’ll complain the drop rates suck, then when it turns into loot pinatas they’ll all quit after a few weeks because kids these days have the attention span of a walnut.

The key word is kids, thats exactly who want personal loot. I can clearly invision them crying when they dont grab something and starts complaining like i saw it first, give it back. Makes me cringe everytime.

The whole point is: D2 is D2 and we love the loot system as it is.
And on the other hand D3 exists, with a totally different system that is liked by a different crowd.
Who in his right mind would want to ruin D2 by making it more like D3 or ruin D3 for its audience by making it more like D2?
People should go play the games that are for them.
