Search around but not found exactly, what is the attack speed of Manitou? it is firing with char attack speed(x3 due to Demise) or has ticks like Phantasm(every 0.5sec) ?
I asked because I observed that at high attack rates(using Pain enhancer) Manitou crerates big lags in party.
