Mine happened yesterday on my DH. Level 7 on Normal and got cornered while healing was on CD.
At least bettert han when I lost my level 68 WD another season, LOL.
38 hours for me. My longest was 704 hours. Died trying something stupid.
First death was attacking the Act 2 Warden while Season 21 buff was active. Reflect Damage kills.
