Is it broken somehow? I’m playing via Americas, yet when I try to view MY profile it says unavailable and the list says Europe, Korean and Taiwan, but I’m playing Americas!

Yep , it seems to have a mind of it’s own . Mine’s not working today , but it was yesterday . Works sometimes , then sometimes not . I wouldn’t worry about it , it will work again when it’s ready , LOL
