WD Rank #1 150 Clear Wudijo

Nope, not at all. Site isn’t run by one. Some may contribute but they’re a plague, unfortunately you can’t avoid them in many entities. Luckily, the discords I’m part of consist of people who aren’t.

Do you have a specific meaning for “runs”? (I’m trying to figure out how much info is sufficient for deciding a site is “run” by “streamers”.) Maxroll is currently owned by IGN, and the previous owner is some mysterious dude named Dave or Steve… idr what, but it’s apparently a guy who avoids having a big profile, so I assume he’s not a “streamer”… maybe he is?

The way I found out he was the owner is b/c one of his employees (Raxx) recounts how one day in order to meet some legal filing requirement, he bullied Raxx into pretend-listing himself as CEO, to avoid publicity. Anyway, by the Ferengi Rules of Acquisition, it’s likely Maxroll was originally “run” by a “non-streamer” and then passed on to a traditional-media company trying to figure out how to survive in 2025 (by buying out sites like Maxroll).

Do you have any add’l info about who else at Icy-Veins writes D3 guides, besides the “streamer” I identified? Alternatively, when you said you go there, did you mean exclusively the forum, or…?

I don’t support you tube so can someone tell me what build was used? Was it a real build like LoN/LoD SmallTall GargDog? Or one of the designated assigned builds for noobs?

Neither do I.

cobalt dot tools

I’ve never heard of that build. What is cobalt dot tools WD?

Kek. Idk what build, haven’t looked at the video. Cobalt dot tools is a site that lets you avoid supporting YT.

Okay, well let me know if you see the video and what build is being used

Free advertisement for click bait. Stop giving these guys any credibility.

You keep believing he is playing the same piece of software you are.

I guarantee he isn’t no matter what anyone says.

Just proves my point. There is more to it than gaming skill. He isn’t the only one capable of doing this. If players did what this guy is doing we would be gone.

Why the interest? I don’t like streamers and no amount of propaganda is going to change that. If you’re a fan, good on you. Not trying to sound rude, but people seem to really reach nowadays. We’re a stone toss away from “they drink water too, therefore, you should watch them.”

Just a reminder that this is probably the best Diablo 3 player… Measured in terms of clearing the hardest content in the shortest amount of time in the season…

He has done it over and over again… with many different builds…

There is a lot of mystery in what he is doing. Try to see the details.

It doesn’t matter what topic, you should appreciate people who are the best at their craft doing excellent work.

yeah IcyVeins is a complete joke for ARPGs. They are too cheap to hire the top players/creators for ARPGs and their builds tend to be questionable at best.

They used to be reliable but I think they got complacent and opened the door for Maxroll to come in and steal their users (including me).

Back to the topic, Wudijo is easily the best D3 player and has been for quite some time.

Does anyone wanna say what build was used? Real or fake?

Mundunugo Witch Doctor… Interestingly he went with “Wall of Zombies” instead of the usual “Horrify” so that he could push the mobs around better.

Get this…

I just went on the leaderboard to open his profile. Here is a link: Witch Doctor: Overall (Hardcore) - Rankings - Diablo III.

He cleared 150 again with helltooth! Even faster! Literally with zombie bears baby!

Oh okay so he is just using the designated builds for noobs, I see

not even the best DH. DiEoxidE is the best D3 player mechanically.

Also have to remember that Wudijo resorting to botting and got banned for it once. Sure he’s clean now (possibly maybe), but it says a lot about his morals in fair play.

The man is a total beast. It’s always amusing reading so many people’s comments trying to tear him down.

Especially when we know their post history too well.

I won’t argue that. Both, wudi and DiEox are cool in my book.

As far as I know, WoD stacks Stricken debuff on targets regardless of skill rune modifier; Horrify or Big Bad Voodoo don’t. It’s a surprise that he picked Wall of Zombies instead of Communing with Spirits modifier, though. As I see it, he doesn’t have Stricken equipped also.

That’s unfortunately most of the propaganda that streamer fans continue to push. The continuous spam/advertising posts/comments, giving them either accolades they didn’t earn or grossly exaggerating them, trying desperately to bait others into giving them views, acting highly obsequious towards them, naively taking what they say as gospel without fact checking.

Another game I play, there was one streamer that some people were talking about, claiming he was the first to do certain things, or the reason certain changes were made, none of which are true, but their fans were somehow suckered into believing it.

The worst part is that most of these people who are doing it… are actual adults. I mean, I can understand a kid being that naive, but wow.

Never even heard of that person either. He very well may be the best, but if I had a nickel for each time I heard someone claim X player was the best, I could buy you a carton of eggs.

What’s funny is that people will make excuses for someone who does this “oh, they’ve turned over a new leaf!” but anyone else who they’re not obsessed with “That guy cheated before! Once a cheater, always a cheater!”

He’s a Demon Hunter main just like wudijo but have knowledge on different classes. He seems to have intuition pretty similar to wudijo. These two are my main go-to streamers when I need to follow the news about D3. To be honest, I believe you won’t regret if you give them a follow over Twitch and Youtube.

I wouldn’t do that at least. These guys really listened my crappy opinions and ramblings on my dumb builds, then gave honest feedback with the best of their ability. I think they deserve their fame. Giving them a follow is up to you of course.
