I went into a portal to next level and then game told me RG already spawn…
I went exploring this new level but no RG… went back to previous level, no RG (on minimap), then boom its vesalius…
Is it just me on vesalius does not appear on minimap?

It’s not just you. He doesn’t show up on the mini-map when spawned. Sometimes, on maps full of rooms / corridors / maze-like, this can be many rooms away and he won’t move towards you / teleport until you get closer to the spawn.

I can confirm this issue is still happening into season 24.
Has there been any recent discussion into fixing this?

Ok, I started a bug report today on it since that might be the better place to see it hotfixed.
I am sure there may be a few posts already, but the issue is still happening.

It’s been a thing for years, pretty sure it won’t qualify for a hotfix.
I hate when they spawn half way across the grift too. Those fatties need to squeeze in the hallways lol.
Had a sewers map once and the layout was a big friggin rectangle, start and end was basically on top of each other, of course I spawed the boss when I was at the end portal and he popped up at the start and didn’t port. Was quite annoyed.
