My personal vengeful wind says increase stacks by 10 & increase dmg by 600-700%. The one I bought from D’jank says “increase stack count by 6(-7)” No mention of dmg increase. Nothing mentioned in Patch notes.
The D’jank Miem purchases were only updated for the classes with new sets (Barbarian, Witch Doctor, Wizard), so there’s a good chance the other classes have out-of-date item bundles for purchase.
The item itself as acquired from other sources should still be fine; this is just an oddity with a PTR-only vendor.
