I’m running a rapid fire build with natalyas. I have dawn which gives a 51% cdr on vengeance, and my cdr in details says 39.09%. shouldnt I be running pretty much 100% up time on vengeance? I’m still counting 40 seconds cooldown time. What am i missing?

The required “36.6%” assumed that you have max. 65% CDR on your dawn, but your dawn has only 51%.
Suggest you to get a new dawn or cube it.
Cooldown is multiplicative, you have ~40% cooldown, leaving you with ~60% remaining. The Dawn then cuts that in half, ~50% of 60%, leaving it at 30% of its cooldown.
Vengeance last 20 seconds, with a cooldown of 90 seconds. 30% of 90 is roughly 27 seconds cooldown, leaving you about with about 7 seconds off.
Yep. And it’s worth noting that because of the way CDR is calculated, and since Dawn is a single item, higher values on Dawn are worth more than some might expect.
You can’t make up the difference between a 50% Dawn and a 65% Dawn by adding 15% CDR. The difference between 50% and 65% on Dawn is worth a lot more than that. It’s actually worth about 30% additional CDR (1−(1−0.65)÷(1−0.5) = 0.30). If you are wearing a Dawn, you REALLY want a high roll. It’s worth a lot more than CDR elsewhere, because of the way the CDR math works.
