Hi,
When I tried using arcane twister while having the Valthek’s Rebuke regardles if it’s chosen as weapon or optional 4th slot. The twister stays in place instead of moving.
If you are using Wicked Wind rune, the twister will not move.

Technically, staying in place is moving in a straight line, with zero velocity.
