Using the Whisper of Atonement Gem

I feel a bit stupid. I have a few of the Echoing Nightmare stones and used one as a test, and now I have a level 82 Whisper of Atonement Gem.
All the Youtube vids concentrate on how to play the game to to get the highest level gem.

OK, I get that you cube it using “Caldesann’s Despair”. But not really sure what is needed.
If there is a link I missed in the Season notes or if someone wants to take a crack at a good how tom that would be great.

It’s the same as the normal augment recipe.

In the cube, add:

3x Flawless Royal Gems
Whisper of Atonement
Ancient gear
