In 3 of my games during the last 24 hours, Urshi didn’t disappear after gems were claimed, so we couldn’t close the rift and claim rewards. We had to make new games to keep going.
Urshi only disappears when the quest log ticks over to “Speak to Orek” This only happens when everyone has spent their gem upgrades. Generally the reason she isn’t disappearing is because someone isn’t using all of their gem upgrades. This is a safeguard for 1 person to upgrade and then close the GR so no one else gets to upgrade. So the safeguard was put in to prevent it.
This is the reason I don’t do public GR’s as 1 person can grief the group by not using all of their gem upgrades. Since they still have an upgrade, the quest will not process to “Speak with Orek” to close the GR.
