My character is dead but i can’t find why so i think it’s a bug. I was 100% life, just get a level up (parangon 26). There is no killer confirmed in the recap’. (why i think it’s a bug).
Someone can explain to me what happened? thanks!

If you’re talking about HC, go to ‘My Documents’ → Diablo III → Screenshots. Your death in HC will be automatically saved
What I understand it as is, if there is a sudden spike of lag or latency, server won’t properly assess what your char interacts with, hence sometimes death indication not properly showing what killed you, or sometimes engaging elites doesn’t show the name of the elite but with trash adds with the elite.
Check for Arcane Sentry, Molten explosion, Grotesque explosion and stuff.
Hum… I find the screenshot and i can’t explain what happened. I died the moment i level up and there is only one trash near me.

Correct. There is no Game Master assistance with Diablo 3. They do not restore lost characters for any reason. Blizzard Support - Diablo III Restorations
If you think it was caused by a bug, then you can report it here (as you did) for the QA team to review. If they can replicate and confirm a but then it might get fixed in a future patch. They will not personally assist you, contact you, or restore your character.
