i have 5 plans in my inv and when i go to jeweler or blacksmith i click on craft tab then right-click on plan but he does not learn it

Plan: Exalted Flesh Ripper for example
The ability for the blacksmith to craft exalted level weapons is now something that is automatically unlocked by training the level of the artisan.
The Flesh Ripper recipe is from before Reaper of Souls…

…and they only dropped in Inferno difficulty (which was removed in the pre-ROS patch, back in 2014).
The reason you can’t teach these to your artisans is because they’re legacy recipes.
