I have been previously able to access Haedrig’s forge in Adventure Mode. At this point, I am unable to. I don’t have the salvage option. I can mark items as junk, but I’m not able to salvage. Nothing appears in the salvage window. Currently playing on Nintendo Switch.

Which items are you trying to salvage? Some items cannot be salvaged (i.e. the free legendary items that you get for the new character, like Leah’s Ring).
For those items you need to create a new character, put the items on them, and then delete that character.
I’m having the same problem. Some items don’t even show up under the Salvage Page in the Blacksmith Window. The Items that won’t show up so far are: The Menace, Rip Lesson, Prodigy Savvy, Impact Render, and Grand Master’s Wedge. They are all weapons and they are all ‘Yellow’ Color Rarity…
Has anyone figured out why this is?
