In Horazon’s Rift I (Torment XV),
Cleared the first level, however when clicking to enter Rift Level 2, the screen flickers and I am back where I was (at the door to level 2). Walked back through the level but still unable to enter level 2.

Agreed, but this wasn’t a GR (as I had stated, this was a neph rift) - Gather the issue could occur on both types
It doesn’t matter the type of map. It can happen at any level entrance.
never knew that, I’ve never seen it happen on a 2nd or 3rd etc rift level…I’ve had it happen on trying to open rifts and GRs though…
