I am not able to create the hellfire ring because it requires mats that are no longer available in D3 Reaper of Souls… There is no other Ring Recipe that I can buy from the peddler either… I have taken screenshots but I can’t post links here
Not a bug. You bought the wrong hellfire Ring recipe. You want the 5million one.
The 2million one is for D3 players that don’t have RoS.
You need to be at T1 or higher with a level 70 player in order to see it for sale @ Squirt’s.

It is still possible to get the old mats by farming the Keywardens while you are level 60.
You can do this by having a level 60 player start a new game, and then leave, or sit in town. The game will stay at level 60, and you can rinse and repeat until you get all the machines you need.
I know this is not what you were asking about, but I thought I would mention it because the old crafting mats are still available if you want them. Follow TimberWolf’s advice to get the newer recipe.

It is a bug - if you read my post - “There is no other ring recipe that I can buy from the peddler” - what that means, in English, is: there is only one recipe that I can buy, I’ve bought it and can’t craft a Hellfire ring. If you’re going to help people, please help - don’t simply ridicule by saying they’re doing something wrong. I’ve been playing Diablo since 1996 and pretty much know how to play the game… This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this issue.

Thanks for your reply… I knew that too and I tried it – doesn’t work. Normally it does but for this particular season, it isn’t working for my toon. I even tried leveling another character to 60 and running keywardens - nope… something’s glitched.
But you are doing something wrong, likely you aren’t looking at T1, not sure what playing diablo since 1996 has anything to do with a game released in 2012 that has entirely different mechanics, I still see people with paragons of 1K~2K unable to understand base game mechanics since all you need to do in this game is copy paste a build.
No it’s not. It is user error. I read your post. Clearly, you didn’t read mine. You have to be on T1 difficulty or higher, and with a level 70 character, before the 5 million gold Hellfire Ring plan becomes available.
This has come up many times in the past, and the answer is always the same.
Also, this isn’t a help forum. This is a bug report forum. Your “bug” isn’t a bug.
Why not post a screenshot of Squirt’s offerings if you really think this is a bug? You just need to post the link as preformatted text (ctrl-shift-C).

Yes, it is user error. Just because you have a problem doesn’t make it a bug.

Yes, it is pilot error. Open jeweler tab, see at the top where it says ‘Have Mats’? If you don’t have the mats to make it, it will not show up in the list. Change that to ‘Show All’, then come back and tell us it’s a bug. It isn’t.

If you have the same problem, then the same solution applies.
You must be in T1 or above with a level 70 Hero for the plans to appear at Squirt.
