Unable to Access Seasonal Characters in Diablo 3 Season 33 o

I recently started playing Diablo 3 on my Nintendo Switch after previously playing on PC and Xbox. Unfortunately, due to a bug, Season 33 appears to be temporarily unavailable, and I can no longer access my seasonal characters. The only option available is to create a non-season hero.

This is very frustrating as seasonal gameplay is a core part of the Diablo 3 experience

I’ve noticed that other players seem to be encountering the same issue, as reported online.

Is there a solution or fix for this problem? If not, please provide more information about the issue and any potential timeline for resolution.

This is the PC Bug Report Forum. You should move this thread to the Console Bug Report Forum.

Moving Threads

  1. Click the pencil icon next to the title of your thread.
  2. Click the “Category” field to bring up a list of Forums.
  3. Find the proper Forum and select it.
  4. Save your edit.

This will move your thread to the selected Forum, including all replies.
