Since in S28 there won’t be any level requirements for items, it’s worth mentioning this combo for blazing fast leveling of alts.

Weapon: A 2H for the class with a level 25+ Gem of Ease
Head: Cain’s Memory with a ruby
Pants: Cain’s Robes
Shoulders: Born’s Privilege
Chest: Born’s Frozen Soul
Gloves: Cain’s Scrivener
Feet: Cain’s Travelers
Belt: Goldwrap
Bracers: Custerian Wristguards
Ring 1: Leoric’s Signet with a level 50 Boon of the Hoarder
Ring 2: Hellfire Ring
Amulet: Kymbo’s Gold

Cube weapon: Anything
Cube armor: Leoric’s Crown
Cube jewelry: Ring of Royal Grandeur

With this setup you should get from 1-70 in a single run of Temple of the First Born or Cow level on T6.

But first find the recepies, and the Goldwrap, Cuserian, Boon, craft HR, find RoRG. By the time you get these you’re allready lvl 70. Maybe for a secondary character.

With the level requirements removed, it depends much more on what the alt character is for since they’ll be able to fully equip a set at level 1.

Too bad the GR requirement was not reduced. That would have made things more interesting.

This would have been the right time to raise the Torment cap that lvl 1’s do from 6 to 10.

That will be an option too, you could craft non-set legendaries and use LoD, but you won’t have all the XP bonus from both Cain sets and Borne’s.

Nor would you be able to get to 150 but oh well have fun!!! Same shiz just lower number visually. I made indestructable templar for my son… as it’s fast paced n all i wizzed him passed any disturbances n just action for like 2 mins death… no worries just hit summit kid n ure bk up… go go go. Lowered blood n gore n all just fortnite.

Yeah, later on in the season I level the LoD and GoE gem as high as I can for faster leveling. If I have the cain’s set, I make the helm for the socket and put the best red gem in it. I also craft various legendaries and set pieces to take advantage of the LoD gem. So the farther I get into the season, the easier it is for my alts to level.

You remove the items’ level requirement every season?
I have the setup I mentioned on non-season, but it was a pain in the a** leveling so many Gems of Ease.

The early sets (low to mid 20s) are great for leveling alts, either full set (not using LoD) or just use one piece from each set (using the LoD). I only use one GoE and that’s for the weapon.

Buuuuuuuut, if you really wanna have fun, level a bunch of GoE to 25 and make everything a level 1 item.

Now, of course, the altar in S28 will make everything I mentioned irrelevant since that one seal will turn all items to level 1.

Just want to point out that this build might be even more interesting with SSF, the only issue will be leveling a buch of Gems of Ease to remove the level requirements from the items.

Gems are Hoarder, Gem of Ease (weapon), LoD and gizzard.

I always keep a legendary puzzle ring to use for self leveling in non-season. My fastest time from 0-70 in non-season is under 90 seconds.

In seasons, if I have to self level a 2nd character from scratch - minimum build is

Avarice band - follower
Custerian Bracers - in the cube
Goldwrap - level 1
Level 70 weapon with Gem of Ease which drops it to level 1
Any ring with socket that’s been brought to level 1 using Level 50 Boon of the Hoarder (usually the 1st gem I level once it drops)
Kanai cube - any weapon that gives you a massive skill bonus

I usually have these after I’ve built my 1st character.

Using Puzzle rings tend to be the fastest. You can get from 0-60 in two regular puzzle rings. After that I do Temple of the First Born from 60-70.
