Yeah, the profile site has been broken for three weeks now…

Armory Profiles Now Available [Resolved 11/22]

Updated 11/22 We have slowly been re-enabling profiles across all regions over the past couple of days. After some observation, we’ve confirmed the issue is resolved and Armory Profiles should now be fully restored for players across the world!
