Hi I’m 14 monsters away from completion of “A unique collection”, “A rare phenomenom”, “Champion collection”
Is there a guide to help me find them and are some very difficult to catch or am I very unlucky?
Also, the Bashanishu acheivement said I should kill Bashiok with Rakanishu Blade. Where is Bashiok? And how to find the weapon?
There are some youtube videos been made over the years shows how to complete some achievements challanges.
Some achievements are hard to complete and rare than others.
Bashiok is in the Dahlgur Oasis in Act 2. The Avatar of Rakanishu is also located there inside of an event. Complete Avatar of Rakanishu event and when you click on the last rock it drops a weapon which sometimes is Rakanishu’s Blade. I believe the difficulty matters on the blades drop rate, so run it on normal for a better drop rate as the Blade is a white item.
Note: sometimes Bashiok is a bounty.
You can do a google search to find out where the last few monsters are you need. Some are far rarer than others. Most appear as bounties now, so they are significantly easier to get.
I would suggest joining the “Achievement Hunters” community. You can get a lot of answers in game just asking in chat. The community is very helpful, you can also get help or strategies to complete conquests or seasonal achievements. It is also best to ask the first 2 weeks of the season as most the community disappears 2 weeks into the season, as do most players, but there is usually someone still on throughout the entire season.

My Rakinishu’s blade is a blue item. IDK if it can be either blue or white, but check all items when you destroy the center stone.
the blade is blue, if you salvage all blues it will not be salvaged.

Yes… aside from items, unique (purple) mobs depends on RNG.
Here’re some tips:
A Unique Collection- to find which area the unique mob is, search it in google. Not really sure if some of them have changed locations over time.
A rare phenomenon- wear a nemesis bracers and take a shrine in the map where that mob exist (chances of you getting a rare (yellow) mob of that type is high). Let’s take for example, you need a rare Ancient Walker. Teleport to Desolate Sands and take a shrine with nemesis bracers… just do it over and over until you get the right mob.
Champion Collection- This will be hard as there is no nemesis bracers that spawns Champion (blue) mobs. so you have to run the map you where the monster type spawns and hope that a champion of that type is there.
You can find Rakanishu’s Blade in Act 2, Dahlgur Oasis. There is an event called “Shrine of Rakanishu” and there is a chance to drop the blade after completing it. Here’s what it looks like.

It is the only blue weapon with a legendary affix 
After which, you need to find Bashiok who also spaws (sometimes) in Dahlgur Oasis. So you may need to create a new game until he spawns (sometimes, it is a bounty- Kill Bashiok).
Once you find Bashiok, equip the blade and you have to make sure that your skill is in normal attack mode not a skill attack (i.e. way of hundred fist for monk). If you use a skill attack, you will not get the achievement. It’s the same concept of Punch Diablo achievement, only difference is the blade.
The Achievement says HURT Bashiok using Rakanishu’s Blade… not Kill.
